Abstract: 

In today's world, we are witnessing the launch, maintenance, control and exploitation of various projects. Projects that have high costs and optimal use of this capital in the current economy of the country are highly regarded by managers. On the other hand, each project is expected to achieve its predetermined goals at a specified time. Today, the necessity of rapid construction of subway lines in Tehran's metropolitan area, which is involved in severe traffic jams, is not covered by anyone. Despite the understanding of this issue by the authorities and the good actions taken so far in this direction. However, more effort and a greater determination to reach the acceptable speed in the construction and completion of metro lines is necessary. Quick implementation of projects is based on the principles of concurrent engineering, called fast Tracking, in construction projects. In the fast delivery method, solutions such as resource enhancement, synchronous engineering, overlapping phases, value engineering, teamwork by the multi-functional team, improving communication and information transfer, and accelerating decision making, using efficient contractual methods (transferring risks as Effective way, which by using the correct methods, accelerates the implementation of the project. Therefore, in this article, management strategies for implementing fast Tracking projects in the development projects of the country have been investigated.

Abstract: 

 THIS PAPER, DESCRIBES A SOLUTION FOR Tracking MULTIPLE SOCCER PLAYERS, SIMULTANEOUSLY, IN SOCCER GROUND. IT ADAPTS KALMAN FILTER FOR Tracking MULTIPLE PLAYERS. ADAPTING KALMAN FILTER IS DIVIDED TO FOUR MAIN TASKS. THE FIRST TASK IS DEFINING THE STATE VECTOR FOR MULTIPLE OBJECT Tracking. THE SECOND TASK IS DETERMINING A MOTION MODEL FOR ESTIMATING THE POSITION OF SOCCER PLAYERS IN THE NEXT FRAME. THE THIRD TASK IS DEFINING AN OBSERVATION METHOD FOR DETECTING SOCCER PLAYERS IN EACH FRAME. FINALLY, THE FOURTH TASK IS TUNING THE MEASUREMENT NOISE COVARIANCE AND ESTIMATING NOISE COVARIANCE. IN THE THIRD TASK, A NOVEL OBSERVATION METHOD FOR DETECTING SOCCER PLAYERS IS PROPOSED. THIS METHOD DIVIDES THE PLAYER BODY INTO THREE PARTS AND CALCULATES THE HISTOGRAM OF EACH PART, SEPARATELY. ALSO, AN ALGORITHM FOR UPDATING THE REFERENCE OBJECT PATCH IS INTRODUCED IN OBSERVATION METHOD. Abstract: 

CONSIDERING THE IMPORTANCE OF GEOSYNCHRONOUS ORBIT (GEO), DIFFERENT COUNTRIES DEMAND TO SEND MORE SATELLITES TO THIS ORBIT THEREFORE NOWADAYS GEO IS BECOMING MORE AND MORE OCCUPIED AND CROWDED. THIS MATTER HIGHLIGHTS THE USAGE OF AN ACCURATE NAVIGATION SYSTEM FOR PREVENTING ANY COLLISION. AMONG DIFFERENT KINDS OF NAVIGATION SYSTEMS, DUE TO THEIR ACCURACY AND SIMPLICITY, GNSS AND SPECIALLY GPS ARE AMONG THE MOST POPULAR NAVIGATION METHODS.IN THIS PAPER GPS NAVIGATION DIFFICULTIES IN GEO IS EXPLAINED INCLUDING SIGNAL STRENGTH, VISIBILITY, DOPPLER AND DOPPLER RATE. THESE PARAMETERS ARE ESTIMATED FOR AN ARBITRARY GEO MISSION. IF THE RECEIVER IS ABLE TO TRACK WEAK SIGNALS, MOST OF PROBLEMS LIKE VISIBILITY AND DOP PARAMETERS CAN BE SOLVED. THE ESTIMATED PARAMETERS INDICATE THAT IF THE RECEIVER SIGNAL STRENGTH THRESHOLD IS ABOUT -29DBHZ, IT IS JUST ABLE TO TRACK MAIN-LOBE SIGNALS AND CAN NEVER TRACK 4 SATELLITES BUT IF ITS THRESHOLD IMPROVES TO ABOUT 14DBHZ IN 97% OF A DAY IT CAN TRACK AT LEAST 4 SATELLITES.IN THE NEXT PART OF THIS PAPER, VECTOR Tracking METHOD ALONG WITH ITS PRINCIPLES AND PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS IS EXPLAINED. THE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS PROVES THAT IT IS A SUITABLE Tracking METHOD IN GEO MISSIONS AND CAN TRACK SIGNALS STRONGER THAN 13DBHZ.

Abstract: 

The studies that was accomplished on 200 Sudanean rainy systems during the period of 20 years (1969-1989) showed that according to the synoptical patterns, Sudanean systems are arrived to Iran from five important directions and they cause rainfall. The two first directions are arrived in a compo way with Mediterranean cyclones and the three other directions are arrived independently. In the first direction, Sudanean systems compound with Mediterranean cyclones over Cyprus and east of Mediterranean and then move to the west side. In the second direction, Sudanean and Mediterranean systems over Eraq compound together and then they influence Iran from west and south west. In the three remainder directions in which Sudanean systems act independently, in the A direction, the Sudanean systems enter to Iran form the north of Arabiean Peninsula, Kuwit and. Khoozestan. In the B direction, the systems influence Iran fron the north of Arabiean Peninsula and Boshear county. In the C directions, Sudanean systems are arrived to Iran form the center of Arabiean Peninsula and Hormozgan county.
